Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what information Ai Commander LLC (“Ai Commander,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected].
1. Scope
This policy applies to our website, aicommander.llc, including its contact form, and to all mobile and desktop apps published by Ai Commander LLC, now and in the future.
Not every app collects every type of information described here. Many of our apps may collect very little or nothing at all. Where an app has data practices beyond what’s described in this general policy, we describe them in the App-specific details section below. Each app’s App Store listing also shows its privacy details.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form and email. When you use the contact form on our website or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company (optional), and your message.
- Account information. If an app lets you create an account, we collect what’s needed to run it, such as your name, email address, or the identifier provided by a sign-in service you choose (for example, Sign in with Apple).
- Content you create. If an app lets you enter or save information, that content is used to provide the feature you’re using.
Information collected automatically
- Diagnostics and usage. If an app uses analytics or crash reporting, it may collect basic information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and general usage (for example, which screens are used). We use this to fix bugs and improve the app, not to identify you personally.
- Website. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Optional permissions
Some apps may ask for access to features of your device, such as location, camera, photos, contacts, health/fitness data, or notifications. We only ask when a feature needs it, we only use that access for that feature, and we only get it if you allow it through your device’s permission prompt. You can change these permissions at any time in your device’s Settings. If you say no, the rest of the app should keep working; only the feature that needs the permission may be unavailable.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain our website and apps.
- To respond to your messages and support requests.
- To create and manage accounts, where an app has them.
- To fix bugs, understand performance, and improve our apps.
- To keep our services secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We don’t use your information for purposes unrelated to these without telling you first.
4. No selling, no cross-app tracking
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising. If an app ever needs to do that, it will clearly ask for your permission first using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, and it will not track you if you decline.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of trusted companies to help run our services. Each one is used only to provide its service to us, not for its own purposes:
- Hosting and security for our website (Cloudflare).
- Email delivery for messages sent through our website contact form (Resend).
- Analytics, crash reporting, payment, or sign-in providers that a particular app may use. Where these apply, they’re noted in the app’s App Store privacy details and, if needed, in the App-specific details below.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
6. In-app purchases
Purchases and subscriptions in our apps are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive limited information needed to confirm a purchase, such as a transaction identifier and what was purchased, so we can unlock the content you paid for.
7. Data retention
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here. For example, contact form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up, account data is kept while your account is active, and diagnostic data is kept only as long as it’s useful for fixing problems. We may keep some information longer when required by law or to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to people and services that need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
9. Account and data deletion
- In the app. If an app lets you create an account, it also lets you delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account deletes the personal data associated with it, except anything we must keep for legal reasons.
- By email. You can also ask us to delete your account or any personal information we hold about you, including contact form messages, by emailing [email protected]. Please tell us which app or service your request is about. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
10. Children’s privacy
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including under certain U.S. state privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain uses such as sale or targeted advertising (which we don’t do). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected]. You can also manage device permissions and app tracking choices in your device’s Settings at any time.
12. App-specific details
Apps with data practices beyond what’s described above will be listed here, with a short description of what they collect and why.
PharmList (medication tracker)
- Stays on your device. The medication and health information you enter is stored only on your device. Ai Commander does not collect, receive, store, or share it.
- No account, no analytics, no outside servers. The app has no account sign-up, uses no analytics or crash reporting, and does not send your data to any server.
- Deleting the app deletes the data. If you delete the app, the data stored in it is deleted from your device.
- Device backups. If you’ve turned on iCloud Backup or another device backup, the app’s data may be included in your own backup. Those backups are controlled by Apple and you, not by Ai Commander, and we can’t access them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we release a new app. When we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as a notice on our website or in the affected app.
