Prices before tax. All Ai Office plans have a 3-month minimum. Cancel a 1-year plan early and the $500 setup discount is due. IT Support is month to month. Prepay a year: pay for 11 months, get 12 (includes 1-year pricing; prepaid months aren’t refunded unless Ai Commander ends the service). Setup only includes 30 days of support. The Game Plan credit applies only to the $1,500 setup. Support hours are Mon–Fri 8–5. On-site visits are within 60 miles of Chillicothe, up to 1 hour each, and don’t roll over. Over 10 computers: $25 per extra computer a month (both plans). Hardware, parts and software aren’t included. No one can prevent every breach or data loss, and Ai can make mistakes. Full terms are in your service agreement.
